vexten collects only what the pre-launch program needs, and nothing it doesn’t.

what we collect and why

• waitlist: your email (and phone if you offer it) so we can tell you when we launch. that’s the only thing it’s used for.
• applications: your name, contact details, and US shipping address so we can send your kit; your dog’s breed and coat color so we can suggest a colorway; your pick so we can make it.
• orders: your kit is fulfilled through shopify, whose own privacy policy applies to checkout.

what we don’t do

• we don’t sell your information. it’s held only by the services that run vexten: shopify (our store and customer list), our database host, and our email provider.
• joining the waitlist signs you up for launch emails; applicants get them only if they tick the box. unsubscribe any time.
• we delete shipping addresses and phone numbers from our program records about 90 days after launch.
